Hey Hillcrest Falcons! How many of you have heard of Pharrell William’s latest song ‘Happy’? It is a catchy, upbeat, and viral song loved by many worldwide. People across the world have mimicked Pharrell’s original Happy video.

So guess what Hillcrest Falcons? It is our turn. Mr. Herold has decided to make a ‘Happy’ video right at Hillcrest after school on May 2nd! Make sure to come prepared to show off your dance moves and lip sync a little too. It will be a lot of fun and something you do not want to miss!  We want as many people as possible to join…teachers, staff, maintenance, and students! It is open to everyone who attends Hillcrest.

All you need to do to participate in the video is sign up for the ‘Happy Hillcrest’ group on Edmodo.  The code to join is cb9cp8.

We surpassed our first goal of 25 members. So far 9 teachers and 19 students have joined the ‘Happy Hillcrest’ group on Edmodo. We are making progress and our next goal is to reach 50 members by this Wednesday, April 23rd.

Try to get outside of your comfort zone, and let’s make this video a success!

Recently, a 24 hour video of Happy was produced which you can view from the link below:

Below are 4 examples of the many Happy videos created from across the world:

Below is a video showing how happy Pharrell Williams was that everyone loved his video so much that he started crying:

Just imagine, Hillcrest’s Happy video can turn out this good too, but we need you to make it work! So come on Hillcrest Falcons, what do you say, let’s show our happiness!!
